Our ancient dryer gave up the ghost a few weeks ago. Being frugal folks we decided to look on Craigslist for a used one instead of running to Home Depot or Lowes.
We found one that looked promising and I sent an inquiry through Craigslist. John replied very promptly and referred me to Yelp since I'd asked for recommendations.
Based on the good reviews he had received we decided to move ahead with the purchase. I was very pleasantly surprised when John said he could deliver it in about 90 minutes. He was there when he said he would be, and was very friendly and professional. The whole process took less than 45 minutes and included moving the washer as well as disconnecting the old dryer and connecting the new one.
The dryer is definitely an older model, but we knew that and the price reflected it. It is working perfectly and I have no doubt that if there is ever an issue John will stand behind his warranty. -

My go-to guy for any appliance issue I am having. They're also the first place I call when I need to replace an appliance in my home, or rental property. If you're managing rental properties, I'd put these guys in your speed dial. Not only are they super responsive, they're also very reasonable from a pricing perspective, they're respectful, and they show up when they say they will show up, and do good work. I'm not sure I could ask for much more than that. I would definitely recommend them, and as a matter of fact, I have already referred some friends to them. Give them a try.

I called John and told him our problem with our Samsung washing machine. He tried to help us troubleshoot everything before he came out, just in case we could fix it ourselves without paying any money. We tried everything, but still needed his help. He is so polite and courteous. You don't see that much anymore. He told me up front how much it was going to be and ordered the part we needed (drain pump). When he came out, he showed my wife and me exactly what he was doing to teach us how to take the machine apart. He was like a teacher. He is such a nice guy. I recommend him for any washer/dryer repairs. He's honest and courteous and that's hard to find now a days.

With two elderly grandparents whose laundry requires daily washing in order not to severely back up the last thing I needed was for my washer to go out. In less than twenty minutes he had my washer up and running. I truly appreciate how professional, honest and friendly he was. I called John to fix my dryer based on his positive reviews from Yelp. He promptly called me back and diagnosed the problem over the phone and provided a very reasonable quote.
